City Beach Luxury Home Design
A recently completed 2 storey luxury home project in City Beach capitalised on the expansive views to the rear of the block, while providing privacy for the upper balcony and living areas.
We were asked to create a home featuring a modern classic design, which would not date. Situated on a wider block, we were able to incorporate a pool alongside the home to make it inclusive of their family lifestyle. Also having a young family, they were able to supervise the boisterous behaviour of young children and friends. The living areas looked over the pool, with a modern, solar passive design incorporated in the design.
Another feature our clients wanted was to capture the extensive ocean views to the rear. We were able to optimise this by creating upstairs living and kitchen, flowing to a large private balcony capturing all the views from the main living areas. This luxury 2-storey home was built to capture ocean views from the rear, be uniquely upstairs-living, and have a sweeping balcony to take advantage of the view.
The home also had to provide for a growing family with study areas, for the later years of the children ’s development.
Quality of the home was imperative to our client. That is why we sourced builder, Adrian Zorzi, to construct the home, which complemented the surrounding homes in this quiet cul-de-sac.
